Switzerland is a wonderful destination for any type of holiday. The fresh mountain air, the high peaks, crystal clear lakes and the beautiful city will not disappoint you!
High mountains with permanent snow, gurgling streams, narrow paths and green pastures with grazing cows, this is Switzerland! The landscape can be divided into three areas: the wooded plateau in the north, the hills to the west of the Jura and the Alps, characterized by glaciers, waterfalls and gorges. Do not miss a ride on the famous Glacier Express train that connects Brig to Chur. You should visit the beautiful cities of Zurich, Bern or one of the clear mountain lakes.
Take the scenic cable car to the beautiful Mount Rigi. From the top you have a breathtaking view of the Alps, of 13 lakes and the entire Mittelland through to Germany and France. The cog railway from Vitznau extends over a distance of 6975 meters and up to an altitude of 1313 meters, a great experience for the whole family.
Do not miss the city of Lucerne. Thanks to its attractions, its souvenir and watch shops, the beautiful lakeside setting and the nearby excursion mountains of the Rigi, Pilatus and Stanserhorn, is a must-stop in Switzerland.

To taste
Fondue is one of the typical dishes of Switzerland. This specialty consists of melted cheese, usually using Gruyère and Emmental cheese with bread. The pieces of bread are strung on a skewer fork fondue and dipped in melted cheese, which is served in the Caquelon (the ceramic pot).
