Holiday in Liguria

The Cinque Terre are perched on rugged steep cliffs...

Liguria, with its beautiful Riviera of Flowers is the ideal destination for all families. The spectacular green coast offers its visitors some splendid beaches.

The scent of the sea

Roses, geraniums, bougainvillea and orchids; looking around it is not difficult to imagine where the name of the Italian Riviera came from. Colours and scents are mixed with the salty sea air and the smell of spicy food. Along the coast there are beautiful British buildings in pastel colours. Imperia beaches are clean, spacious and very safe for the kids.

Genoa

In the middle of this stretch of coast is the largest and oldest port city of Genoa. Stroll along ‘Al Porto Antico’ admiring the beautiful boats. Further west are the famous ‘Cinque Terre’, five picturesque villages built on steep and rugged cliffs. You can get there by train, but there is also a fascinating walking path with breathtaking sea views.
