Our recommendations for Hungary:
Ingredients: 125 g butter, 2 chopped onion, 1 tablespoon hot paprika, 1 red pepper, 1 tomato, 600 g chicken breast, 150 ml chicken stock (cube), 125 ml sour cream.
Put butter in a pan and fry the onions, add the paprika, pepper and tomato. Add the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Allow to cool for 1 minute and add the sour cream, salt and pepper. Tip: Hungarians love to eat it with rice.
