The apartment building sits on flat terraced ground on a hillside and was built in such a way as to ensure that all apartments have a fantastic view of the surrounding hills and the Bay of Sant’Andrea below. Each apartment measures 60 square metres in size and can house a maximum of 5 guests. The furnishings are simple yet functional and modern. In addition to the dishwasher and satellite TV, the accommodation also has air conditioning.

The residence is located in the hills of Sant’Andrea. You can reach the nearby beach below by a foot path that is occasionally very steep. The crystal clear sea water offers the perfect conditions for snorkelling. Capo Sant’Andrea is also well known for its quaint fish restaurants. If you would like to go on a day trip and explore the island then you can drive straight through the mountains to Marciana Marina which is approximately 12 kilometres to the east. Nowadays the former fishing village is a popular seaside resort with a long waterfront promenade, small shops, cafés and several historic sights.
