The 5 star La Vallée Campsite stands out as a top resort thanks to its stunning location on the Côte Fleuri, a beautiful part of the coast in Normandy. The holiday park stretches out over 11 hectares of hilly terrain above Houlgate and offers beautiful views over the coast and the sea.

Our comfortable mobile homes have been built on spacious plots that are characterised by well-maintained lawns, trees and brightly blossoming flowers.

The high hedges separating the plots provide privacy for guests. A particular highlight of the holiday park is the pool area that has recently been expanded to fit a large waterslide.

Beach holiday in the north of France

If you enjoy swimming then you have come to the right place! The facilities at La Vallée Campsite include a heated outdoor pool with paddling pool, a covered pool and a 3-lane waterslide ─ a swimmer’s paradise!

In addition to swimming there is also an extensive activity programme with sports, games and entertainment. There is also a great deal of anticipation about the opening of the new waterslide-tower that has been planned for the 2016 season. To add to the on-site activities, the surrounding region scores points for its wide beaches and well-known seaside resorts. Normandy has something to offer for every taste. Sociable street cafés, lively beach towns, historic beaches and even the UNESCO World Heritage Site Le Mont-Saint-Michel, which is well worth a visit.

Cidre, Calvados and Camembert

You might not immediately think of culinary delights when you think of Normandy, but this region certainly has a great deal to offer including notable quality wines and cider. Just think of the “Pommeau” aperitif, the “Calvados” apple brandy or refreshing apple cider. And you have to try out all the different kinds of delicious cheese including Camembert and soft cheeses like Pont-l’Évênque, Livarot, Boursin and Le Coutances that all originate in Normandy. If you enjoy seafood dishes, fresh fish and mussels then you will be sure to get your money’s worth in one of the many fish restaurants.
