Great holiday. The air conditioner wasn't working properly and wasn't fixed even though we told the dite management team. Apart from that it was great!

Pools were great, although I do think that foreigners should be told in advance that no swimming shorts are permitted for men.

The facilities and the accommodation were good however, dealing with reception was difficult. There were often long queues, waiting in line for 40 mins only to be told to come back later when a manager was there or somebody who could speak English. It was the first resort that I visited where I found staff to be unhelpful and unmannerly. There are plenty of other sites where you can get good services and friendly staff.
