The area surrounding Lodges en Provence Holiday Park The Lodges en Provence Holiday Park is situated near the magical commune of Richerenches. The historic village centre is enclosed by a square wall that dates back to the 16th century and on every corner of which there is a guard tower. What’s so special about this wall is that the houses and the church have been built into the stone. The region is also well known for its black truffles. The local landscapes are ideal for hiking, mountain biking and quad biking (you can rent quad bikes from the holiday park and take part in organised rides). Avignon is also worth a visit with its numerous sights including the famous Pont d’Avignon bridge.
