Quiet location in the dunes
The Hardelot-Equihen Holiday Suites are nestled together in the dunes above the beach at the edge of a quiet nature park. All holiday homes include either a frontal or side view of the sea. The holiday park does not organise any leisure activities as there are lots of things to do and see in the surrounding area including plenty of opportunities to be active.
Forest walks and fun at the beach
It is only a few hundred meters to the sprawling beach of the Opal Coast where you can (kite)surf and land or speed sail to your heart’s content.
Round off a stroll along the beach with a quick dip in the sea to feel refreshed. There is a quiet woodland area between Équihen-Plage and Hardelot that is ideal for hiking, cycling and horse riding. A group ride on horseback along the idyllic bridle paths from the forest to the sea will be one of the most unforgettable experiences of your holiday. Enthusiastic golfers are welcome at the nearby Golf des Pins and Golf des Dunes golf courses.
Sociable seaside towns
On the off chance that the weather isn’t good, you can take a trip to Le Touquet where you will find Aqualand ─ a fantastic water park with lots of slides. Furthermore, the Holiday Suites are a good starting point for trips around the surrounding region. Built in the 12th century, Hardelot Castle is a sight worth seeing with its beautiful white façade.
Make sure you have a look at the boat houses in Équihen-Plage which are actually upturned old boats that have been fashioned into living spaces. The well-known coastal town of Boulogne-sur-Mer is only 15 minutes away by car where you can find the largest aquariums in Europe.Berck-sur-Mer offers fantastic conditions for hang-gliding.
