Baked Camembert

Camembert cheese is so good and easy to cook! 
preparation: 
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Open the package of Camembert (250 g) and grab the cheese, then place it in its wooden box or carton. Cut the crust with a boxcutter. Try to push the garlic, cut into strips to the bottom and sprinkle with cheese and sprigs of rosemary oil. Put in the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes.

Serve with bread sticks or small pieces of bread topped with sprigs of rosemary, olive oil and a pinch of sea salt. 
Tip: warm slightly in the oven with breadsticks. 
Perfect as a side dish, appetiser or as a vegetarian main course paired with a crisp salad.
