Ingredients: 100g cold organic butter, 150g plain flour, 2 Tbsp cane sugar, 1/2 beaten eggs, 3 tablespoons of sugar
Cut the butter into small pieces and crumble it into the flour. Add the eggs and sugar. Gather the dough quickly. Do not knead the dough. Then put the dough in the fridge for half an hour to an hour. Can not wait? So try to roll it out on a table with flour on (not too thin). Then place the dough in a greased Flan dish and press along the edges. Prick the bottom with a fork.
Then stir marzipan with an egg, milk and wheat flour, 1 tablespoon of sugar and possibly cinnamon. You can peel the apples or leave the skin on, remove the core. Slice the apples into thin slices.
