You don't have to take your car this holiday because with 100 km of cycle paths along the coast, the salt fields and through the white villages, you see the entire island. Sainte-Marie-de-Ré close to Camping Les Grenettes is an old white village surrounded by vineyards. The most beautiful photos are made in Ars-en-Ré, white houses with traditional green shutters and colourful hollyhocks that stand out against the white walls, beautiful! In La Flotte, the oldest village of Île de Ré, you will find a medieval market. And in Saint-Martin-de-Ré, view the citadel, harbour and charming alleys. Île de Ré is known for its salt extraction, oysters and wine. So take a look at a wine cellar or oyster farm and buy fleur de sel as a souvenir, nice for your home!
