In La Flotte, the oldest village of Île de Ré, you will find a medieval market. And in Saint-Martin-de-Ré, view the citadel, harbour and charming alleys. Île de Ré is known for its salt extraction, oysters and wine. So take a look at a wine cellar or oyster farm and buy fleur de sel as a souvenir, nice for your home!
