Camping Le Clarys Plage is only 300 metres from the beautiful wide sandy beach of Les Mouettes. The beautifully landscaped swimming paradise offers lots of water and swimming fun for all ages.
Of course the camp site has an indoor swimming pool, but the highlight is the fantastic water area with long snakes that spit water or serve as a water slide. Enjoy the extremely enthusiastic children while you relax on the terrace of the bar! Fun is also to play tennis with the children. Besides the swimming pleasure, the campsite and the surrounding area have much more to offer. Just cross the road and you're on the beach. The sea is safe here for the children because the beach is very slow in the sea! The children can enjoy themselves here with building sandcastles or just playing football. From the terrain you can make beautiful walks. Enjoy this part of France in the Vendée!
Various activities At the swimming pool you can relax on one of the sun loungers with a magazine or a book! Various activities are organized during the day and in the evening. The children can play table tennis enthusiastically while enjoying the peace. It is also nice to take a lovely walk along the beach or make a nice bike ride on the marked cycle routes. You can also take part in a tournament jeu de boules. The children entertain themselves at the children's club or in the evening at a performance by, for example, a magician or clown. Enough choice during your holiday in this part of the Vendée!
Tasty food You can prepare delicious meals in your own kitchen in the mobile home and then have dinner with the whole family on the terrace. But in the vicinity there are also enough restaurants where you can enjoy the delicious local dishes. Fun is also to go to the market and then buy local delicacies. Conveniently it is that the supermarket is not far from the campsite, so the car can just stay!
Lots to see and do The area around Saint Jean de Monts has a lot to offer. A visit to an adventure park, a boat trip to the island of Yeu or an exciting trip on the Passage de Gois? Especially the last suggestion is fun to do with the children. With low tide you drive across the bottom of the Atlantic to the Noirmoutier peninsula. Along the way you see a lot of, mainly French, foot fishing. They pick up clams, oysters and mussels to prepare them at home. It can not be fresher! Near the grounds are also beautiful forests where you can walk! In the high season there are regular performances on the boulevard of Saint Jean de Monts. Fun is also to drive to Nantes and view the beautiful moving artworks that are mostly based on the stories of Jules Verne! Enough to experience at and around the camping Le Clarys Plage!
