All around the campsite you will see people playing a game that is similar to Boccia. French enthusiasm is infectious, so you’ll be joining in before you know it! If you need a break from the sun then you can take a refreshing dip in the pool or the lake while the children can cool off in the paddling pool.
The resort offers Wi-Fi across the whole site. In the summer months the campsite organises a Mini Club for 6 to 12 year olds with regular disco nights and karaoke. If you’re a water sports enthusiast then you’ve come to the right place, as the campsite’s facilities include kayaking, canoeing, pedalos, motor boats and stand-up paddling boards, which are all available to rent. In the bar and restaurant you can reminisce about your day and round off the evenings with a nice glass of wine.
Modern, stylish mobile homes at La Farigoulette Campsite
The mobile homes are suitable for a maximum of either 4 or 6 people and are perfectly equipped for a care-free holiday with not much luggage. In the kitchen you will find everything that you need to cater to your everyday needs and the bathroom ensures a pleasant private area. The covered wooden terrace with outdoor furniture offers plenty of space for relaxing, shared meals and game nights.
Water sports and the Verdon Gorge
La Farigoulette Campsite is located to the south west of the Verdon Nature Park. The local landscape is marked by the lower reaches of the Verdon River, which dams up into several large lakes in direct proximity to the campsite. North east of the Lac de Sainte-Croix Reservoir, popular among water sports enthusiasts for its turquoise-blue water, is where the Verdon Gorge starts.
The steep canyons on either side of the gorge are the perfectly suited to climbing and white water rafting. In the small village of Quinson you can find a Prehistoric Museum where you can find out interesting facts about the region’s caves.
